Although they do not say so in the description, these products are made when you place the order. So there is a little delay in receiving the product. Customer service is very responsive ahd helpful, one of the best services I have ever used.
The product is very high quality and eco-friendly. Made in Canada and much higher quality than comparable products from Asia. Sleeps very well, is cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Be careful when washing as it will shrink if dried with heat, best to take it out of the washer damp and stretch out, then drape over a couple chairs to dry if you do not have an outside line.

We try to keep a green/chemical-free sleep environment, so getting a wool mattress pad (ie - not sprayed with chemical flame retardants or woven with silicate) was important to us.

Pros:
- a good price and value compared to similar items from Lifekind and others
- good construction (as far as we can tell so far... it's been 2 wks)
- machine washable on a delicate/wool cycle

Neutral:
- very thin (even for a mattress pad), but we'll update this review if that impacts performance or comfort in the future
